It’s time to plan a vacation and not all families are the same. Perhaps you prefer a relaxing or more luxurious trip and allow yourself things that you normally do not usually include in your day-to-day. In the city of Miami, in addition to luxury mansions of artists and actors from around the world, you will find a cosmopolitan and carefree atmosphere apart from wonderful beaches such as Lummus Park, MidBeach, or Crandon Beach, although without a doubt the most famous is that of the South Beach area. You cannot miss Little Havana, the trendy Latin quarter that has its own “Walk of Fame”. 2. The Bahamas (Bahamas)
It is one of the most incredible places on the planet. It has white sand beaches and totally transparent turquoise waters. They are made up of more than 700 islands, but they have some notable tourist attractions. Nassau, is the capital, is located in New Providence, and in it, the street of Bay Street stands out. Grand Bahama is the second most touristy place in the archipelago and perfectly combines beaches and landscapes with incredible vacation resorts.
Eleuthera is one of the most idyllic and has colonial-style villas, impressive marine life, and is also close to Harbor Island, which has pink sand beaches. Finally, the Abaco Islands are an earthly paradise where cays and islets abound.

3. San Jose (Costa Rica)
The capital of this country is little known but it also has several tourist spots such as Amón, the Spirogyra Butterfly Garden, and the incredible Tortuguero National Park. But in Costa Rica, there are many places to see, such as the Poás volcanoes or the Arenal, the best known.
For lovers of strong emotions, the essential visits are Monteverde, one of the most impressive ecosystems in Costa Rica where you can do bungee jumping and zip lines; Cahuíta, the perfect natural environment for hiking and the Coco Islands, the perfect place to dive and snorkel.
4. Appalachian Mountains (United States)
The Appalachian Trail is a long trail that runs along the eastern coast of the northern United States. It passes through fourteen states and has more than 3,500 kilometers of route. It is not a path that requires a great physical condition, but obviously, its enormous extension makes it a complicated challenge. Therefore, it is best to choose the sections we want to do and enjoy the nature and fauna that it offers us.
Cross through National Parks, rivers, forests, and mountains and you are likely to see wild boars, snakes and black bears so pay attention. The best option to do the Appalachian route is to do it alone, with camping luggage and a backpack. There are numerous shelters and camping areas. It is totally suitable to go with the family, but it is preferable that the children are not very young so that you can enjoy the experience one hundred percent.

5. New York (United States)
Undoubtedly, New York City is an essential visit in America and is the typical destination that you think of when imagining a vacation in the United States. The Big Apple has many things to see, but these are some of its essentials: the viewpoint of the Empire State, Top of the Rock, the Statue of Liberty, the MOMA and MET museums, watch a basketball game at Madison Square Garden and, of course, a walk through Manhattan.

Some of its points of interest are Kensington Market; the CN Tower, the best viewpoint in the city; the Royal Ontario Museum; the Sant Lawrence market; Dundas Square, reminiscent of the famous Times Square in New York; the Toronto Islands, located on the city’s lake or the mythical Chinatown neighborhood. Two excursions that cannot be missed on a trip to Canada are to Niagara Falls and Scarborough Bluffs Park.

7. Washington DC, Columbia (United States)
Washington is one of the most touristic cities in America. Although this entire continent is rich in culture, the capital of the United States contains monuments, museums, neighborhoods, and buildings that represent the most recent history of the country.
They highlight the Capitol, which houses the two houses of Congress; the White House, an icon of the country; the Lincoln Memorial, a monument that honors the memory of one of the most important Presidents; the Washington Monument, an obelisk more than 150 meters high and the Smithsonian Museum. Near the Pentagon, is the Arlington Cemetery, where the remains of celebrities such as the Kennedys are.
8. Riviera Maya, Quintana Roo (Mexico)
Its spectacular Mayan ruins and history along with its paradisiacal beaches make this destination the ideal place for a vacation. On a trip to this area of Mexico, you cannot miss a visit to the Mayan ruins of Tulum, the archaeological site of Chichen Itzá, the ancient city of Uxmal, the ruins of Coba, and Teotihuacan. With these excursions, you will learn and discover the Mayan culture and its customs and you will get an idea of what their day-to-day was like.
To enjoy the crystal clear waters of this area, the best thing to do is go to Isla Mujeres, dive the Puerto Morelos barrier reef, swim in Playa del Carmen and visit some of the most famous cenotes, such as Ik-Kil.

11. Route 66, Chicago (United States)
Traveling Route 66 from Chicago to Santa Monica is quite an experience as well as a wonderful way to see the country from a different point of view. During the tour, you will find towns in the middle of nowhere, roadside cafes, and restaurants that take you back to the 50s because they seem anchored in time.
To complete the entire route, it takes at least two weeks and you have to be very patient since some stages are very far from each other. It is recommended to sleep from motel to motel to live the experience to the full. 12. Cuzco (Peru)
Peru is one of the most popular destinations in South America. In this country, you will find Inca ruins, historical cities, the incredible nature of the Amazon, landscapes that include deserts, beaches or jungles, and exquisite cuisine. Machu Picchu is one of the essentials along with Cuzco, a city declared a World Heritage Site and one of the most beautiful. Its tourist spots are the Plaza de Armas, the San Blas neighborhood, Sacsayhuamán, and the Sacred Valley of the Incas, which although it is a bit far away, is worth visiting.
If a visit to the Peruvian Amazon is included, it is best to go to Iquitos as it is the best area to appreciate the beauty of this jungle. Other points of interest are the Paracas National Reserve and the Ballestas Islands, the city of Arequipa, the Huacachin Oasis, and the Sacred Valley.

13. Hollywood, Los Angeles (United States)
The city of stars is a must-see for movie lovers and fans. It is the heart of the vast majority of filming and Hollywood studios are known throughout the world. You can take tours of Warner Bros or Universal Studios where you can visit film sets and some of the sets of famous series such as Friends.
Another essential stop is the Hollywood sign, on Mount Lee Hill, which is undoubtedly one of the icons of the city and of Los Angeles. Since you visit Hollywood, the most normal thing is to take advantage of and get to know Beverly Hills, the legendary Walk of Fame, Santa Monica, and the Sunset Strip.
14. Universal Studios Orlando, Florida (United States)
If you are a fan of theme parks and above all, the magical world of Harry Potter, without a doubt this is your place. Unlike Disney World, Universal Studios is dedicated to cinema and movies and is divided into two zones: Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure.
It is decorated like a real movie set. Without a doubt, the greatest tourist interest is that which is related to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter where Diagon Alley, Hogsmeade and even the Hogwarts train and the school itself are recreated. In addition to hiking, you can ski if it is snow season, kayak in the lakes, and climb.
16. Galapagos Islands (Ecuador)
The Galapagos offers a multitude of options as they perfectly combine fauna, flora, incredible landscapes, paradisiacal beaches, and many opportunities for sports tourism. Some of the most exciting activities are kayaking in the sea; diving to enjoy its Marine Reserve where you can see sea lions, sharks, turtles, coral reefs, and even whales; snorkel; surf; and whale watching.
In addition to the aquatic options, there are also other activities on the mainland such as hiking, cycling, or visiting the best beaches in the area such as Tortuga Bay as well as knowing the tourist points of interest.
