What Is 502 Bypass Bad Gateway?

You want to surf a website but you can’t? There can be many reasons for this. For example the error code 502 Bad Gateway. We’ll show you how to get to the website anyway.

There are a number of so-called HTTP status codes that are issued in certain situations.

One of the most annoying mistakes is the bad gateway with code 502. This shows nothing other than that the website is currently inaccessible.

The cause of this cannot be determined without great effort. In most cases, the provider’s side is simply down. A simple technical malfunction.

The problem can also be with your hardware. You can find this out quickly if you can no longer visit other websites.

How do I get to the page at 502 Bad Gateway?

But just because a website delivers the error 502 Bad Gateway doesn’t mean you have to give up immediately. This is certainly unpleasant, but there are ways and means of displaying the website anyway.

However, you have to make one thing clear to yourself in advance: If you access the website using the method described above, you will only receive an image.

This means that you are not actually on the website. Rather, what you see is a kind of “backup copy” that can be several days old.

This is not a problem in the case of websites with static information. With news portals, however, you have the problem of only seeing outdated content – it is then a few days or even weeks old.

Instructions: 502 Bad Gateway deal with the Google Cache

The fastest and easiest way to bypass a 502 Bad Gateway error message is through the Google Cache. To use this method, do the following:

Go to the website you actually want to visit. As soon as you get the 502 Bad Gateway error message, copy the URL to the clipboard.

Now go to google.de. Write in the search field: “cache: “. Now attach the URL from the clipboard directly to the colon.

Now press the Enter key. Then Google opens the aforementioned URL and displays the page in the cache view.

A short information field at the top of the page shows you the date on which the image of the page was created. This gives you an overview of how up-to-date the information is ultimate.

You can now easily put the links from the page back into the clipboard and thus navigate through the page, but only through the images. With this, you can at least partially bypass “502 Bad Gateway”.
